Red, White & Blue Popsicles

This is the last summer of my 20's, and man am I feeling all the feels. I've been nostalgically remembering all the things I used to do as a kid during the summers and ice cream trucks come to mind. Do y’all remember Bomb Pops?! As soon as my grandpa gave me my $2, I was sprinting in my flip flops to get in line. I loved how those vibrant red, white and blue colors would dye your lips until basically the next day. Yes mom, I promise I brushed my teeth.

Now as an adult, I’ve attempted to healthify my Bomb Pop obsession by recreating these red, white and blue popsicles. Filled with fresh fruit, greek yogurt and a touch of honey, these pops are absolutely delicious and addicting!

These are the perfect and festive snack to celebrate national holidays like Memorial Day or the 4th of July. But let’s be honest, they are good any day, especially the hot ones. I brought these in an ice chest to my last pickleball game and they were a HIT!

You Might Be Wondering:

Can I see a video of these being made?

Yes! Here's my reel on IG!

Recipe Notes:
  • I suggest preparing these a full day in advance before eating them so you can allow time for their overnight freeze!
